I highly value making my work accessible to as many people and communities as possible. I also believe this to be one way to address historical disenfranchisement and re-distribute resources. For this reason, I offer my services on a sliding scale rate. I have drawn inspiration from friends and other people in my life, including My Invisible Knapsack and hc lou, who employ this practice with their work.

Leadership coaching ranges from $150-$500 for a 1 hour session. The rate depends on an individual’s role within their organization, the degree to which the organization is supporting or funding coaching, the type of work they are doing, and the length of the coaching relationship. Individuals who are early in their careers, are self-funding their coaching, who work in small, community-focused organizations that serve people historically disenfranchised within our current systems can expect to pay at the lower end of the scale while executive level administrators, folks in high socio-economic brackets, or those whose organizations are funding their coaching can expect to pay toward the higher end of the scale.
