I highly value making my work accessible to as many people and communities as possible. I also believe this to be one way to address historical disenfranchisement and re-distribute resources. For this reason, I offer my services on a sliding scale rate. I have drawn inspiration from friends and other people in my life, including My Invisible Knapsack and hc lou, who employ this practice with their work.
$150 per 1 hour coaching session
This tier is intended for people early in their career, with limited financial resources (<$100,000 annual salary), are not receiving institutional support to fund their coaching, and/or people whose identities and cultures are actively targeted and disenfranchised by current systems.
$300 per 1 hour coaching session
This tier is intended for mid-career or mid-level professionals (unit directors, team leads, etc), people with moderate financial resources ($100,000-200,000 annual salary) and/or people whose employer is supplementing their coaching but not fully covering it.
$500 per 1 hour coaching session
This tier is intended for executive-level clients (Vice Presidents, Associate Vice Presidents, Executive Directors), people with substantive financial resources (>$200,000 annual salary), whose employers are fully covering the cost of their coaching, or people who wish to help underwrite coaching for folks who qualify for the $150 level.
