For this reason, I offer my services on a sliding scale rate. $1,000 ½ day/3 hour experience, $2,000 full-day/6 hour experience
This tier is intended for small organizations (fewer than 50 staff), those whose operating budget is less than $1,000,000 annually, and/or community focused organizations working to serve communities historically and currently underserved by current systems (e. g. trans youth, communities of color, refugees), or departments whose median salary is <$75,000 annually.
$1,750 ½ day/3 hour experience, $3,500 full-day/6 hour experience
This tier is intended for medium-sized organizations (50-100 staff), medium-sized departments (20-50 staff), organizations whose operative budget is $1-5,000,000 annually, or departments whose medium salary is $75-100,000 annually.
$2,500 ½ day/3 hour experience, $5,000 full-day/6 hour experience
This tier is intended for large organizations (more than 100 staff), departments larger than 50 staff, executive level groups (councils of vice presidents, cabinets, boards of directors or trustees), organizations whose operative budgets exceed $5,000,000 annually, departments whose median salary is >$100,000, or organizations/departments who wish to underwrite the work I do with organizations that qualify for the first tier.
*Experiences longer than 1 day scale at the same rate for each additional half or full day. Experiences longer than 2 days require at least 90 days lead time. Prices for retreats do not include travel and lodging.
