For this reason, I offer my services on a sliding scale rate. $250 for 1 hour talk.
Intended for small, community based organizations run by people of color and serving communities who have been and continue to be underserved in our current system (e. g. trans people of color, unhoused students and young people, refugees and people of the global majority, etc.) or who have operating budgets of less than $1,000,000 annually, or student organizations without access to funding or institutional support,
$500 for 1 hour talk.
Intended for small- to medium-sized but well resourced organizations (50-100 staff) whose highest FTE makes more than $150k and who have operating budgets fall between $1-5,000,000 annually.
$1000 for 1 hour talk
Intended for well resourced, large organizations who highest-paid FTE makes more than $250,000 and/or whose operating budget exceeds $5,000,000 annually. This tier is intended for universities, corporations, executives, boards, and any organization who would like to underwrite the cost of my services for organizations who qualify for the $250 level.
