Teaching

and

Research

My teaching and research, like the rest of my work, have largely focused on developing people’s capacity to learn and practice leadership. I have taught graduate and undergraduate courses in leadership and higher education administration as well as serving as a regular guest in classes across a host of disciplines and foci. My recent research projects have focused on leadership, the liberatory nature of leadership learning for people with privileged identities, and the potential for leadership learning for building capacity for coalition and solidarity. I prefer to write with other people rather than alone and enjoy exploring new areas across disciplines with lots of possibility.
